Now Gerstacker® introduces the very first de-alcoholized Glühwein.
De-Alcoholized wine is legally defined as wine containing no more than 0.5% ABV. During the process, winemakers force wine through a membrane with high pressure. This creates two solutions: a very concentrated wine and a combination of water and alcohol. Rather than discarding the water/alcohol solution, winemakers heat it to remove the alcohol.
Nuremberg mulled wine is an EU-protected designation of exceptional quality and goodness. It must be manufactured in Nuremberg.
Pleasure tip: The ideal drinking temperature is 58-62 °C. Ready to drink – only heat – do not boil! Please shake the bottle before opening it. We recommend keeping the opened bottle in the refrigerator and consuming it within 2-3 days.
